1. Who We Are

Lessesity (at lessesity.com) is operated by 3IVIS GmbH, Berlin, Deutschland (HRB 170881, Amtsgericht Charlottenburg). For our full legal details see the Imprint.

We are the data controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What Data We Collect and Why

Lessesity is a static educational reference site. We do not have user accounts, do not collect your name or email address, and do not process any personally identifiable information directly.

With your prior consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (property ID: G-V1ZTC41MFN) to collect anonymised usage statistics, including:

  • Pages visited and navigation paths
  • Approximate session duration
  • Approximate country of origin (IP address is anonymised and not stored)
  • Browser type and operating system

This data helps us understand which content is most useful so we can improve the site. Analytics are only activated after you give consent via the cookie banner.

3. Cookies

We use two types of cookies:

Consent cookie — klaro-lessesity

Remembers your cookie preference for 365 days. This is set as soon as you interact with the consent banner. It is strictly necessary for the banner to function correctly and is not used for tracking.

Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4

Set by Google if you accept analytics. These cookies collect anonymised usage data. They are only loaded after explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time using the cookie settings button at the bottom of any page.

4. Third-Party Data Processors

If you accept analytics, your usage data is sent to Google Ireland Ltd (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), acting as a data processor on our behalf. Google's data processing is governed by their Privacy Policy.

All fonts and CSS are served directly from our own server. No third-party CDN requests are made for these resources.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Google Analytics is processed on the basis of your freely given, specific, informed consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time without any disadvantage — the site remains fully functional without analytics.

6. Data Retention

Anonymised analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics, after which it is automatically deleted. We do not retain any personal data ourselves.

7. Your Rights under GDPR

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification of inaccurate data
  • Erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restriction of processing
  • Object to processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time (does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing)
  • Lodge a complaint with the Berlin supervisory authority: Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Friedrichstr. 219, 10969 Berlin

To exercise any right, contact us via www.3ivis.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
